The smallest setting is 9.5 inches, and the tatting design measures 9 inches. Tatting can stretch when worn often, but still keeps the beautiful looped design. What is tatting, you ask? It is a hand lace-making technique that can be done with a specialized needle or a shuttle. All of my chokers are made using the needle method.
